7-Day Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
• Opened food, treats, and supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded — contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Return

1. Email support@petaura.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide a return authorization and pickup instructions.
3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
